Before your first training session, you meet your personal trainer for a consultation where you and your personal trainer make a plan for your training, based on your goals and needs. Your personal trainer will then tailor a program for you.
PT 55 is our most common PT service. In 55 minutes, you and your personal trainer have time to perform a good and comprehensive training program with plenty of time to focus on technique and execution. You will get a lot out of your training, regardless of whether you have a long-term goal or just want tips on technology and new exercises. PT 25 is for you who want a shorter, more intense workout in a gym environment, who want to supplement your own training with technical tips or inspiration for new exercises. It is also suitable for you who are short of time and difficult to get to training in 55 minutes but see the benefit of having a good and efficient time of 25 minutes at lunch, before or after work / school. We have ready-made packages for you who want to run shorter sessions in the gym.
