YOUR PT WILL HELP YOU TO ACHIEVE YOUR FITNESS GOALS, NO MATTER HOW BIG OR SMALL.
At Gerdahallen we offer PT sessions of two lengths: 25 minutes and 55 minutes. You can read more about them below. Whichever type of session you choose, you will first meet your PT to plan your training based on your goals and needs. Your trainer will then tailor a gym routine for you.
PT 55 is our most popular PT service. In 55 minutes, you and your PT will go through the techniques and execution of several exercises. Whether you have a long-term goal or just want some tips on technique and new exercises, you will get a lot out of your PT session. If you are considering personal training, we recommend you start with PT 55.
PT 25 is for those who prefer a shorter session in a gym environment. Perhaps you want to supplement your own training with technique tips or get inspiration for new exercises. Maybe you want to fit in an efficient workout during your lunch break. Either way, you can find out more about PT 25 by talking to your PT.
