Gympa

Music and movement is a fantastic form of exercise. Gerdahallen has a gympa for the whole family.

In each session of our Gympa, we focus on strength, fitness, agility, coordination. It also should be easy, fun and comfortable to exercise.

We attach great importance to varying the work so that heavy and light, large and small, low and high exercises take turns; when we have worked with a muscle group, we let the opposite muscles work in the next exercise. In this way, we avoid lactic acid formation as much as possible and can train purposefully and efficiently, without it becoming unnecessarily stressful.

Do I have to book?

No, you have the opportunity to check in at one of our ticket stations no earlier than two hours before the start of the pass until the pass begins. If you want to be guaranteed a place, however, you must book.

  1. Go to the schedule page at the top of the menu.
  2. Click BOOK under Group training schedule.
  3. Select the desired session and click on Book at the far right.
  4. You now log in with your personal login details (more information about this during login).
  5. The booking has now been completed and a confirmation of the booking is written above the schedule.

Can I book as a guest?

If you do not have a card at Gerdahallen, you can still book yourself as a guest. Pre-registration can be done by the website and our customer service can book you on the desired session. We then need your name and social security number and otherwise the same rules apply as for other group workouts bookings.
