Strategical health

How does the corporation’s health status look like? To be able to take the next step in a strategical health, we need to start from a current situation, which we do with a number of tests as below.

After completed tests and analysis, we come together to an action plan. To be able to measure the progress, we do a re-test after about 6 – 12 months. The results are compiled at group and individual level and all involved can of course take part in their own test results and rejoice over the progress of the re-tests. Then it’s time for a new action plan with new goals!
