PT Duo is the perfect choice if you want to share a PT with your partner, friend or coworker. Working out together is a great way to hang out and save money at the same time.<\/p>\n

Before your first session, you and your training partner will meet with the PT to discuss your goals and needs. Your PT will then design a programme that is suitable for both of you, so you can get started with your PT sessions in the gym. You can choose between 55-minute and 25-minute PT workouts. We recommend 55 minutes as it gives you enough time to work through all the exercises. If you are short on time, the 25-minute session is your friend.<\/p>\n
