Regular exercise increases the chances of also keeping the exercise going for a longer period of time. Many companies choose to have recurring workouts, for example every week. That is why we have created the semester and year package that offers continuous contact with Gerdahallen&#8217;s instructors and personal trainers. Another advantage of booking a corporation workout is that the staff does not have to have a membership at Gerdahallen to participate in the workout. Everyone is welcome!<\/p>\n<h4>Corporate workout<\/h4>\n<p>We recommend the following group training sessions (yoga, HIT \/ Tabata, circular physique, core, outdoor, running and powerhour) to corporation because they suit everyone regardless of training habits and physical status. If there are special requests, it is of course possible to choose other group training sessions from our wide group training range. Some of our workouts can also be done outdoors.<\/p>\n<h4>Semester package<\/h4>\n<p>A group workout class every week for one semester (approx. 20 \/ half year). We have the opportunity to do group workouts on, for example, a kickoff and inspire your staff to get started and keep up with their training.<\/p>\n<h4>Annual package<\/h4>\n<p>A group workout class every week (40 pcs \/ year) Recommended as regular training increases the chances of also keeping the training going for a longer period of time.<\/p>\n
